Everything you need to know about returns, refunds, exchanges and return shipping.
30-Day Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
Unused
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Unopened
The original packaging must remain unopened and intact.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Refund Process

Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item.
- 2Email confirmation
We will email you to confirm that your returned item has been received.
- 3Decision issued
We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- 4Refund processed
If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email hello@mixdsweets.ie before returning it.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying the shipping cost when returning an item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from it.
